Boards rejects Activist's plea Controversy in relation to Degree's of Education Minister Vinod Tawde

In an attempt to unearth the truth behind controversy surrounding Education Minister Vinod Tawde for his degree's, the state board has rejected his plea to provide marksheets of Tawde of his matriculation and Higher Secondary board i.e his 10th and 12 th passing certificates. Anil Galgali had asked via RTI a copy of Vinod Shridhar Tawde's marksheet and Hall ticket. Public Information Officer and Joint Secretary Ranjana Chaskar of Mumbai Board, in her reply stated that the marksheet and other related documents will be provided only to the respective person, and not to any third person inquiring for the same. Not satisfied in his reply, Galgali went into appeal for the same. But there as well, the Divisional Secretary CY Chandekar also rejected Galgali's plea. The reason stated for rejection of the application was the same as earlier. Information of mark-sheets and other related information of any third person cannot be provided to anyone. For the same a written notice under section of 11(1) has to be served along with a fresh application. If information is needed roll number of the person, along with his year of passing and full address needs to be provided. In a smart attempt during his on ongoing appeal, when Galgali's demands were rejected by the Chandekar, Galgali sought information if at least Vinod Tawde is passed or failed in his 10th and 12th examinations. To which again, no answer was given. "Vinod Tawde should come clean on this and clear doubts in regards to his matriculation and HSC results" concluded Galgali.
