CM OFFICE NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION OF WHITE PAPER ON MMRDA

Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan last year September said that he had ordered preparation of a ‘white paper’ on MMRDA within 30 days, so that even people in rural areas know its work. CM office instead of supply Information of White Paper on MMRDA, transfer my Plea to Urban Development Department which Raises Doubt on CM announcement. Earlier I also sad when MMRDA also fail to provide Him actual fact Information. In Monday, 21st Jan 2013 Appeal MMRDA says there is no Written order and on basis of Oral order  they are preparing Project statue Report work which is in progress

I filed first Application to MMRDA on 3 Dec 2012. When he comes to know MMRDA Has unable to provide the information, then  make application at CM office on 24 Dec 2012. Earlier MMRDA is fail to provide the information after 37 days,I filed First Appeal on 8 Jan 2012 at MMRDA Office. CM office inform to me vide letter dated 3 Jan 2013 that they forwarded His original Plea to Public Information Officer,Urban Development Department under section 6(3) of RTI Act 2005.

Yest  21 Jan 2013, a first appellate officer Mr P S Tayade, Secretary,MMRDA Executive Committee during Hearing handover a reply of MMRDA, they get only oral order so unable to provide the copy of writen order. Not White Paper but Project statue Report work in progres, says MMRDA.Its Clearly indicates that CM announcement is a vague nature and only to eyes wash to common people of MMRDA Region

STATE GOVT. STILL HAVE AFFECTION & SYMPATHY WITH KASAB

Disclosure of Kasab information would prejudicially affect the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security, strategic, scientific or economic interests of the State,  Kasab postmortem and mercy petition First Appeal rejected

Terrorist Ajamal Kasab is hanged by Govt of Maharastra and He is no more but state Govt still in tense Kasab physical safety and life endanger. Govt claim and rejected My First Appeal who asking information related to postmortem and mercy petition of Kasab in ground that disclosure of info which would impede the process of investigation or apperhension or prosecution of offenders And  would prejudicially affect the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security, strategic, scientific or economic interests of the State.

I had asked government to provide the total expenditure details on Kasab and his postmortem and mercy petition documents. Govt provide the total expenditure details on Kasab but postmortem and mercy petition documents were denied by the state government. After filed a "first appeal" with the Deputy Secretary of the Home department seeking information related to postmortem and mercy petition which the Under Secretary had denied.

My first appeal hearing completed by Dy Secretary BB Parkahi(Home Department) at World trade centre,Mumbai. I argued that Kasab is now no more and His postmortem and mercy petition documents should be public. After Mercy petition is rejected by president and Govt also hanged him then there is no sense to his plea reject under section 8 (A) (H )& (G ). On Govt silly arguments, Also demand that If they wanted to banned all info relating Kasab then let all come to Knows and it has to declare officially But Parkahi again saying its Govt decision to not disclosed the info of Kasab postmortem and mercy petition under section 8(A) (G) (H) of RTI Act 2005.

CM Prithviraj Chavan Hasn't order white paper on MMRDA Yet

In September last year, after a number of accidents involving MMRDA projects & declare to make  White Paper on irrigation Project work  that the government will go in for a white paper on MMRDA, Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan announced a white paper on MMRDA projects. Turns out that Chavan’s assurance on white paper has gone the same way as MMRDA projects- they are only assurances. A query filed by me has revealed that there is no record of the CM having ordered any inquiry yet.So MMRDA not able to provide CM order copy after 37 days,Tuesday I filed an RTI first Appeal to seek information at MMRDA Headquarters

I filed an RTI Application on 3 Dec 2012 but MMRDA came in trouble to provide a order copy, there is no record of any such white paper being ordered. Officials have told me verbally that the CM’s announcement was just that and that the CM’s office has not asked them for a white paper. After 37 days, I filed an RTI first Appeal at MMRDA Headquarter.

After the water resources department, led by the Nationalist Congress Party, came out with a white paper on irrigation projects in the state, At the time,Chief Minister Prithiviarj  Chavan had readily agreed to publish the white paper on MMRDA within a month. If such orderd are released then MMRDA not wait for 37 days to give simple paper. If we assume, there is any oral order of CM then MMRDA issue circular to all head of dept to gather project detail and current position but MMRDA not able to provide a circular copy.
