STATE GOVT. STILL HAVE AFFECTION & SYMPATHY WITH KASAB

Disclosure of Kasab information would prejudicially affect the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security, strategic, scientific or economic interests of the State,  Kasab postmortem and mercy petition First Appeal rejected

Terrorist Ajamal Kasab is hanged by Govt of Maharastra and He is no more but state Govt still in tense Kasab physical safety and life endanger. Govt claim and rejected My First Appeal who asking information related to postmortem and mercy petition of Kasab in ground that disclosure of info which would impede the process of investigation or apperhension or prosecution of offenders And  would prejudicially affect the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security, strategic, scientific or economic interests of the State.

I had asked government to provide the total expenditure details on Kasab and his postmortem and mercy petition documents. Govt provide the total expenditure details on Kasab but postmortem and mercy petition documents were denied by the state government. After filed a "first appeal" with the Deputy Secretary of the Home department seeking information related to postmortem and mercy petition which the Under Secretary had denied.

My first appeal hearing completed by Dy Secretary BB Parkahi(Home Department) at World trade centre,Mumbai. I argued that Kasab is now no more and His postmortem and mercy petition documents should be public. After Mercy petition is rejected by president and Govt also hanged him then there is no sense to his plea reject under section 8 (A) (H )& (G ). On Govt silly arguments, Also demand that If they wanted to banned all info relating Kasab then let all come to Knows and it has to declare officially But Parkahi again saying its Govt decision to not disclosed the info of Kasab postmortem and mercy petition under section 8(A) (G) (H) of RTI Act 2005.
