The owner of the Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar London house still a "Mystry"

The expenses incurred on visiting London for purchase of the iconic home where Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar once lived, has been to Rs. 25.45 lakhs & Rs. 3.10 crore has been given to M/s Sedon, a solicitor firm, who have been appointed for the same purpose. But till now the name of the original owner of the house is still kept under wraps. Minister for Social Justice Rajkumar Badole and his departments Principal Secretary Ujjwal Uke have visited London 2 and 1 times respectively with a brief stay of again 6 days. Mahatma Phule Backward Development Corporation is bearing all these expenses, informed Anil Galgali a RTI Activist who filed his application with the Department. RTI Activist Anil Galgali was initially not given the information, but later in the Appeal stage it was given along with a list of Government Resolutions after order passed by Deputy Secretary D.R. Dingle. In 1921-22 Dr Ambedkar had lived in London at 10, Kings, Henry Road, N.W. 3 for more than a year. The house was to be sold via open auction for which the Government gave a nod to participate in the month of February of this year, and accordingly M/s Sedon was finalised as Solicitors. Late in February of this year a video conferencing was arranged between M/s Sedon and Government. In April, funds of Rs. 15 Lakhs were sanctioned For Social Justice Minister Rajkumar Badole and Principal Secretary Ujjawal Uke. After12 days, the amount was increased by 5 Lakhs and the fund was totalled to Rs, 20 lakhs for the Minister and Bureaucrat. The Mahatma Phule Backward Development Corporation in it's reply to RTI has stated that a sum of Rs. approx 17 lakhs were spent in the first tour arranged for site viewing . Again after 4 months the Minister took off to London and spent another 8 Lakhs. This time at the end of August of this year, the Minister had gone for signing an MOU. Now again on 14th November, the Prime Minister is visiting London, for which again the Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, again Minister Badole, his MoS and MoS for Home are planning to visit with senior bureaucrats. The expenses will be again borne by the Corporation. #Name of the original house-owner of the house still a mystery. The house where BharatRatna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar resided once has been planned to buy for Rs. 32 crore. But no where the owner of the house is mentioned. Not even his name! The amount of Rs. 32 crore has been arranged from the Contingency Fund and has been transferred to M/s Sedon the appointed Solicitor. # 50 Lakhs for Exhibition and Repairs. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to visit London very soon. He will be visiting the house Government plans to purchase where once Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar once lived. The celebrated life of Dr Ambedkar will be showcased in form of an Exhibition. Minor repairs and this exhibition will cost the Government Rs. 50 Lakhs which has been deposited in the account of High Commission of India.
