Anil Galgali has expressed that since the whole route came under the silence zone hence no rally could be permitted here. Had he not filed an RTI query, the Mumbai Police would not have even generated the bill and recovered the charges for security. The Mumbai Police has still maintained an discreet silence on the issue of permissions sought. It has not provided any reply pertaining to the query wether permissions were sought by the organisers or not? Also was permissions given by the police department? Remains a confusion stated Galgali
