People's responsibility to make maximum use of RTI Act - Anil Galgali

Right to Information Day was celebrated at Labor Commissioner , Kurla L Ward and Panvel

Right to Information Day was celebrated in Maharashtra. Explaining the importance of these days, RTI activist Anil Galgali asserted that maximum number of citizens need to use the RTI Act while government agencies need to cooperate with the citizens to the same extent. RTI activist Anil Galgali participated in the lectures organized in separate sessions at Labor Commissioner Bhawan, Kurla L Ward in Bandra and Congress Bhawan in Panvel.


RTI activist Anil Galgali asserted that this is the first time that a law has been passed for the public which guarantees information within 30 days. Now it is the responsibility of the people to make maximum use of the law and make it successful. Deputy Commissioner Bhaskar Morde, Assistant Commissioner Rohan Rumale, Satish Totawar, Praveen Kawle, Santosh Kokat, Anand Bhosale, Avinash Vade, Rajesh Jadhav were present at the Labor Commissioner Bhawan in Bandra. Assistant Commissioner Mahadev Shinde presided over the program in the discussion session held in the Ward Committee at Kurla L Ward. Anil Galgali guided the Public Information Officers at both the places. Anil Galgali also participate in Janajagruti Consumer Manch Raigad, Panvel Branch and Panvel Taluka Retired Sevak Mandal digintaries and guided the citizens on Right to Information Day in Congress Bhavan Hall. KL Jadhav, BP Mhatre, Subhash Phadke, Ramesh Chavan, Shivdas Palkar, Ratnakar Kulkarni were present on this occasion.
