MMRDA has made errors in the English and Marathi spellings of name boards seen at Chinchpokli, wherein the name should have been displayed as Late Com Gulabrao Ganacharya Chowk and in Marathi as.
RTI Activist Anil Galgali Inna letter addressed to MMRDA Commissioner UPS Madan has highlighted the errors committed by the contractor and has demanded the rectification of the errors. He also demanded that all the name boards fixed by them should be inspected and if mistakes are there should be rectified. Further the contractor awarded the job should be penalised for mistakes.
