Amount Spent on this Massive Election Campaign should be recovered from the Salaries of the Officer

Why has Brihan Mumbai Corporation (BMC) put up hoarding, Banners & Advertisements across Mumbai appealing to citizens to give miss on the mobile number of a heroine?  Unbelievable but true, Bumbling officials of BMC commited a blunder by putting up mobile number of an actress in its Multi lakhs 'I will vote' Ad-Campaign. And inspite of realisation of this Bloomer, No attempt is being made to correct this mistake.

RTI activist Anil Galgali has pointed out this embarrasing error to the Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai Ajoy Mehta asking him to take corrective steps. Galgali demanded that the amount spent on this massive campaign should be recovered from the salaries & emoluments of the official, Who were responsible in executing this Ad-Campaign. The hoardings & billboards put up across city with wrong mobile should be immediately removed, Which are proving to be taxing on alert citizens at large and also a menace to the actress concerned,  said Galgali.
